Using the service

You may use ListingHawk to create saved searches, review listing information returned by eBay, and receive optional listing-alert emails. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the searches you create.

Do not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, evade technical limits, access another person's account, or misuse eBay data or services.

eBay listings and transactions

Listing information is supplied by eBay and may change or become unavailable. ListingHawk does not guarantee a listing's accuracy, availability, price, condition, or seller information. Always confirm the current listing on eBay before acting.

ListingHawk does not perform checkout, bidding, offers, purchasing, payment processing, or order management. Selecting View on eBay takes you to the URL supplied by eBay, where eBay's terms and policies apply.

When affiliate linking is approved and enabled for a channel, ListingHawk may be compensated for qualifying purchases made through identified links. A disclosure appears close to affiliate listing content.

Alerts and availability

Searches and email alerts are provided as monitoring aids. Results or messages may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of marketplace, network, quota, hosting, or email-provider limitations. Email frequency may change only after the application clearly communicates that change.

Your data and account

The Privacy Policy explains the information the service stores, current retention periods, exports, and account deletion. You may stop using the service or delete your account from Account Settings. Access may be restricted when needed to protect the service, users, or marketplace integrations.
